Cancellation policy
- 30+ days before departure: 10% of total package cost
- 21–29 days: 25% of total package cost
- 15–20 days: 50% of total package cost
- 7–14 days: 75% of total package cost
- Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of total package cost
Confirm the applicable terms with the team before payment.
Amendment policy
Date changes are accepted only before 15 days of travel, subject to availability and rate differences. Name changes may require approval; hotel and itinerary changes depend on availability. Amendment fees may apply.
